The Keystone Lodge offers a unique atmosphere and a variety of outdoor activities, making it a great pick for adventurous travelers. While I loved the beautiful lodge and its modern amenities, I was initially disappointed with the condos we were offered due to overbooking. Luckily, the staff did their best to rectify the situation, and our stay ended up being quite enjoyable. However, the dining experience could use improvement, particularly at the condos, which felt outdated and not at par with the main lodge.

We initially stayed in the Saints John's condos, which were quite outdated and not well-maintained. However, switching to the main lodge room was a treat, as the rooms there were beautiful and exactly what I expected from a quality hotel.

The staff, particularly Zachary, were attentive and eager to help resolve our issues with the condo accommodation. They really turned our experience around by upgrading us for the second night and making dinner reservations.
